SignDog respects your privacy. We collect identifiers provided by customers, including name, email, and phone, for the purposes described in this policy (including service delivery, analytics, and advertising). We do not collect sensitive personal information for marketing.

We collect your name, email, and mobile phone number when you sign up.

Data Security 

We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure. 

 

Retention 

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy or as required by law; for example, typical marketing records up to 24 months from last meaningful interaction, transactions per legal/accounting requirements, and SMS logs consistent with carrier/legal retention. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it; if immediate deletion isn’t feasible, we securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.
